  • How do I pay my rent?

    Log into your online portal to pay your rent. If you are not yet registered, please create an account here!


    Follow this helpful guide for setting up payment with Appfolio.

  • How do I submit a maintenance request?

    Please submit a maintenance request through the tenant portal

    1. From the Home or Maintenance tab, click Request Maintenance.
    2. Enter a detailed description of the issue, upload one or more photos of the item needing attention, give the property manager permission to enter with their key, then click Submit Request.
  • I'm looking for a property manager. How can I learn more?

    Read about our services here, and please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions!

  • When do I call the emergency pager?

    Please use the emergency pager only for maintenance emergencies that happen outside of Munson Realty’s business hours and cannot wait until we reopen. Examples of an emergency would be a major water leak, a fire, or no heat in the winter months. Do not use the emergency line for general maintenance requests.
